Cocktails

  • 2 oz Charles Goodnight bourbon
  • 1 oz Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Maraschino cherries garnish

Fill pint glass with ice and Charles Goodnight Bourbon, Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth, and Angostura bitters. Stir and strain into martini glass. Garnish with three Maraschino cherries on a silver toothpick balanced on edge of glass.

  • 1 ½ oz Charles Goodnight Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Ancho Reyes liqueur
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz amaro
  • Garnish: sage leaf

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, add ice. Set fire to a sprig of sage and hold the glass upside down over it to capture the smoke. Shake the cocktail and strain it into a martini glass. Pin leaves to rim of glass.

  • 1 ½ oz bacon-washed Charles Goodnight Bourbon*
  • 2 oz corn water*
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • ¾ oz cherry syrup
  • Splash tonic
  • Garnish: cherries with optional strip of crispy bacon

Shake all ingredients with ice, except tonic. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Add splash tonic. Stir. Add garnish.

*Bacon-washed Charles Goodnight Bourbon: add 2 tablespoons bacon fat to 1 cup bourbon. Chill in fridge overnight. Strain.

*Corn water: blend yellow corn kernels in food processor. Strain. Use liquid.

  • ¾ oz Charles Goodnight Bourbon
  • ¾ oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz Ramazzotti
  • 1 ½ oz fresh orange juice
  • Garnish: chocolate dipped
  • Dehydrated blood orange wheel

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini cocktail glass. Add garnish by pinning it to the rim of the drink with a mini cocktail clothespin or on the side of the glass.

  • 1 oz Charles Goodnight Bourbon
  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 oz Giffard Vanilla de Madagascar
  • ½ oz Campari
  • Ganish: edible flower or orange twist

Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe or martini cocktail glass. Add flowers.
